I will start by telling you my story and how I become a travel photographer. It all started back in 2008, when I moved to Mexico I was enchanted by the colors, the noise, the food, the vibrance of the City. I started traveling around and get inspired by what at the moment was a shy attempt of becoming a design capital full of contemporary art and design.
Mexico has been always famous because of history and also the early 20th century artistic movement but now it has much more to offer, the city has evolved in the last years to become the Design Capital in 2018.
I traveled Europe and 17 different Latin American countries, always looking around and trying to get the essence in each city. I decided to take a year off and it was during that year that I made one of my favorite scapes ever. I was able to see the nature raw and enjoy the most beautiful landscapes, master in photograph and design. I wanted to combine both and that's how Senése Gallery was born.
I like the idea of transforming spaces to make them more human and personal. I believe images can help a lot in that process. Images can take you to different places, through images you can get different emotional responses. Images give us hope or peace and with those emotions we can share a strong sense of reality make a space more livable, enjoyable.
